Experimental draft. AICEP is a work in progress published for review, discussion and testing. It may change at any time without notice, and versions may not be compatible with one another.
Tested, not guaranteed. Each release passes an automated test suite and a safety review, but no amount of testing can find every defect. Nothing on this site is a promise that AICEP is secure, error-free or fit for your purpose.
No warranty. The specification, runbook, code, test vectors and all other materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and security.
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for deciding whether AICEP suits your systems. That includes testing it in your own environment, protecting your data and credentials, and complying with the laws and policies that apply to you. Don’t deploy it into production, regulated or safety-critical systems without your own independent review.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, AIOptiTech LLC and AICEP’s contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of AICEP or your inability to use it. That includes lost data, lost profits, business interruption, security incidents and damage to systems or projects, even if we were told such damage was possible.
Not professional advice. Nothing here is legal, security or compliance advice.
