Who we are

aicep.ai is run by AIOptiTech LLC, the creator of AICEP. You can reach us at hello@aicep.ai.

The short version

We don’t run ads, we don’t add analytics or tracking scripts, we don’t set cookies, and we don’t sell or share your information. Our host gives us only aggregate traffic statistics (see below). The site loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds.

What this site stores on your device

If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name aicep-theme. It stays on your device and is not sent to us. We don’t set cookies.

Search

Site search runs in your browser. It downloads a list of our pages from aicep.ai and matches your words locally. If you press Enter or open the search page, your search words become part of the page address (for example /search/?q=bus) that your browser requests from our host.

Our host and its logs

aicep.ai is hosted by here.now, and pages are delivered through Cloudflare’s network. Like any web host, they process technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the service. here.now says it records site request data such as the page path, referring domain, coarse country and a privacy-preserving daily visitor hash, keeps raw events only for a short debugging window and then only aggregated daily totals, and does not show raw IP addresses to site owners. From this, here.now shows us aggregate statistics such as page views, approximate visitor counts, top pages, referring sites and countries. We can’t identify individual visitors from them. here.now’s policies govern its processing.

Email you send us

Links to hello@aicep.ai open your own email app. When you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write. Our mail is hosted by Purelymail. We use your message only to read and reply to it, and we keep it only as long as needed to respond and follow up.

The contact form

We plan to add a contact form. It is not active yet. When it is available, this section will describe exactly what it sends and who processes it, including the Cloudflare Turnstile bot check it will use. Until then, please email us.

Update signups

We may offer a way to sign up for AICEP updates. When it is available, we will update this page to explain what it collects before it goes live.

Links to other sites

Some links take you to other sites, such as LinkedIn and aioptitech.com. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we don’t control what they collect.

Children

aicep.ai is not directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@aicep.ai.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
